The Ratings and What They Mean
| 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 |
| Fun | Friendliness | Involvement | Helping | Overall Review |
There are 5 criteria we looked at:
1 — Fun = Did you LIKE volunteering at that particular organization? Were you doing a service you even enjoy? Would you go back? Did you have a good time?
2 — Friendliness = How did the people there treat you? If they made you sit on the side and do busy work.. well they weren’t very friendly now were they?
3 — Involvement = Did they include you? Did you feel like you were actually making a difference – big or small- ? We’re you actively involved?
4 — Helping = Were you helping out or just sitting on the side? Did you gain a personal sense of fulfillment that you were really helping someone or a cause?
5 — Overall Review = Would you go back and bring a friend or your family? Would you recommend the service to other people? Was it well organized?
The rating system is based on a scale of 1-20
[1 being the absolute worst, 20 being the most amazing experience you could have had]

| 11-15 | Pretty good / still could be some improvements/ would go back / a pretty good sense of fulfillment |
| 16-20 | Amazing / could not have been better / would bring friends, family next time / a total feeling sense of fulfillment |
